To avoid conflicts of interest, we provide added value in all our services and we perform them impartially, independently and objectively at all times, maintaining total integrity and confidentiality. Under this premise, the policy of TÜV SÜD América de México is clear and transparent: “We will never be both judge and counsel in any of the services provided by our organization." This means that any consulting activities, in whatever form they may take in accordance with the standards set forth in ISO / IEC 17021:2011, ISO/TS 22003:2007 and the Food Safety System Certification scheme, are outside of the scope of the services that we can offer you.
It is precisely our integrity that has established our international reputation. Offering consulting services that are subsequently audited by the same registrar is not only prohibited by regulations, but any certification body finding itself in this situation would be providing a service lacking in all objectivity.
